My mother, the girls and I went to Stonington a couple of weeks ago, for an Oceanography class that Sena and Aiyana were taking. It was a foggy day.

I just found out that these lovely flowers are called grape hyacinths. They come up wild on the edge of our field, and smell delightful.
These are hyacinths I planted two winters ago and they too smell heavenly.
