Time alone

I'm very grateful to Ed, Sena and Aiyana for giving me some alone time today while they went to the beach paddle boarding. Here's how I spent it:

• Wrote some poetry 
• Shared some stuff on social media 
• Went out and got a fabulous $2 meal. Authentic Dominican: rice and beans with chicken stew and salad 
• Read
• Meditated

I'm very grateful.
