Enjoy this time of year, of equal light and dark, time when nature begins to draw inward, as if setting an example for us. Time for cozy things, rest, relaxation, recovery. And time also to give gratitude to the elements, earth air water fire, and to all of our relatives, plants and animals, for all their beautiful gifts and abundance that sustain all of us.
