every year, we go to a festival called Taste Organic Connecticut. it's all about small organic farmers, and it takes place on a beautiful farm, in Coventry. there is excellent food, great live music, and lots of hanging out with people we know. there are crafts for the kids, a great swing, and lots of space for running around and being silly. this year they even had a singer just for kids, 'Jason the Bumblebee'. my kids loved him, and now ayiana wants him to come to her birthday party (in costume, of course). it turns out that he's a friend of our friends, so maybe i'll be able to arrange it...

and finally, holding Tanah, Zephyr's little sister, while listening to 'jason the Bumblebee'. Sena was really pround of herself for holding Tanah; she was very gentle with her, and told me that she's ready for another baby...
